I’ve just today read an article saying Billy Ray Cyrus apologizes
for himself and his daughter Miley not wearing seatbelts in the
recent Hannah Montana film. What I haven’t seen yet, is an apology
from Consumer Reports, for browbeating Cyrus into this statement.
